Wade Tucker founded CFMS Atlantic with a simple philosophy: deliver thoughtful, technically sound commissioning services while building lasting relationships with clients and project teams. Over the years, he has earned the trust of owners, consultants, and contractors across Atlantic Canada through his practical approach, technical expertise, and commitment to quality.

Working Together

CFMS Atlantic is proud to be part of Tate Engineering.

For our clients, the most important thing to know is that the team you trust isn't going anywhere. You'll continue working with the same people, the same technical expertise, and the same commitment to quality that has defined CFMS Atlantic from the beginning.

Being part of Tate Engineering simply expands what we're able to offer. Together, we provide clients with broader project leadership, additional technical resources, and support across more stages of a project's lifecycle, from planning and construction through commissioning, occupancy, and long-term building performance. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions while preserving the relationships and expertise that clients have always relied on.
